Built for apparatus work
Avec Pilates is an intimate teaching room rather than a high-volume gym. The space includes reformers, Cadillac towers and springs, ladder barrel, wall bars, suspension straps, props, mirrors, and room to observe movement carefully.
Use the apparatus
Plan sessions across a range of classical apparatus and supporting props in one room.
Work in Changning
The studio is inside Lane 365 on Xinhua Road, convenient for western central Shanghai.
